Funder and Rector
of Radom Academy of Social and Technical Sciences  Maria Pierzchalska, Ph. D
Dr Maria Pierzchalska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. In 1991 she obtained a doctorate in economics, wth a specialization in economics in The Warsaw School of Economics. From 1977 she was an employee of the Department of Social Security in Radom, and in 1991 she became its director. Since 1995 she has been the Rector of a few Radom private universities. She is the author of dozens of publications in the field of insurance and social policy, and co-organizer of numerous scientific conferences, founder of the Foundation of Open Hearts in Radom, Vice-President of the Executive Board of the Polish Society of Social Security, long-term President of the Radom Department of this Society and Vice-President of the Radom Department of the Polish Society of Social Policy.
Ełła Bulicz, prof. Professor Dr, Profesor Ella Bulicz is a graduate of the Medical Academy in Kiev, a physician, researcher at the Institute of Gerontology, the Head of the Laboratory in the Institute of Medical Problems of Physical Education in Kiev and Crimean Medical University lecturer in Simferopol. She is the author of numerous publications and scientific works, co-organizer of scientific conferences and the initiator of research. Currently, she is the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Higher School of Social and Technical Sciences.

 Iwona Pałgan, Ph. D
Dr. Iwona Pałgan is a graduate of the Higher Pedagogical School in Czestochowa. In 2005 she obtained a doctorate in humanities, in the field of education, in the Social Sciences Faculty of The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She is a member of the Polish Society of Social Policy and the author of several scientific publications. Currently, the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Higher School of Social and Technical Sciences.

Beata Dziadczyk- an economist, a graduate of the Technical University of Radom, completed Optional Pedagogical Studies, a PhD student at Warsaw School of Economics. She is a member of the Polish Society of Social Policy, a member of the board of the Radom branch of the Polish Social Security Association. She is the author of several scientific publications. At present, she is the Chancellor of the Higher School of Social and Technical Sciences.

Anna Dudek - a graduate of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, a specialist in European projects (writing and programming). Currently, the Manager of Lifelong Learning Centre at the Higher School of Social and Technical Sciences.
